We may process account details, workspace membership, billing records, support messages, and basic security and usage events. When you use hosted WHOX, we also process the prompts, files, tool outputs, agent activity, memory, and other content you choose to place in your workspace.
How we use information
We use this information to provide and secure WHOX, operate requested agent workflows, process payments, answer support requests, and improve reliability. We do not sell personal information or use workspace content for advertising.
Models and connected tools may receive the information needed to complete work you request. Their handling of that information is governed by your configuration and the applicable provider terms.
Storage, retention, and security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including encryption in transit and access controls. We retain data while needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and protect the service.
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, object to, restrict, or delete personal information. Contact privacy@whox.ai to make a request. We may need to verify your identity and authority over the relevant workspace.
Cookies
WHOX uses cookies and similar storage needed for authentication, security, preferences, and basic site measurement. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.
