Accepting these terms
By using WHOX, you agree to these terms. If you use WHOX for an organization, you confirm that you can accept them for that organization.
Accounts and access
You are responsible for your account, credentials, agent permissions, connected tools, and activity performed through your workspace. Keep credentials secure and tell security@whox.ai promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
Your content
You retain ownership of prompts, files, outputs, agent memory, and other workspace content you provide. You grant us the limited permission needed to host, process, transmit, and display that content to operate the service and workflows you request.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights and permissions needed for content, model providers, data sources, and connected services used by your agents.
Acceptable use
Do not use WHOX to break the law, violate others' rights, distribute malware, gain unauthorized access, interfere with the service, or evade usage and security controls. We may restrict or suspend activity that creates a material security, legal, or operational risk.
AI and automated actions
AI output can be incomplete or wrong. You are responsible for reviewing output and choosing suitable approval boundaries before agents take consequential actions. WHOX does not provide legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice.
Paid services
If you buy a hosted plan, the price, billing interval, limits, and renewal terms shown at checkout apply. You can cancel future renewal through the service or by contacting billing@whox.ai. Fees already incurred are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly agreed otherwise.
Service and liability
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. We disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our aggregate liability is limited to the amount paid for the hosted service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
Suspension and termination
You may stop using the hosted service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for nonpayment, a material breach, or a security or legal risk. Workspace data is handled according to the Privacy Policy.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms as the service changes. Material changes will be communicated through the service or the account contact when practical. Questions can be sent to legal@whox.ai.
